We are a set of expert Employment Law barristers located in London. We specialise exclusively in Employment Tribunal cases. We mostly represent claimants. We provide both case management and advocacy services directly to our clients through the Public Access Scheme. We regularly appear at Preliminary Hearings and Final Hearings in the London based Employment Tribunals (Watford, Central London, East London, and London South). Advisory
We are authorised to conduct litigation on behalf of our clients. This allows us to manage your case on your behalf, liaising directly with the Employment Tribunal and the opposition.
Advocacy
We are experienced Employment Tribunal advocates, and we provide expert advocacy on behalf of our clients in the London based Employment Tribunals. We mostly provide advocacy at Preliminary Hearings and Final Hearings.
Public Access
The public are able to instruct a barrister directly without the involvement of a solicitor or other professional intermediary. This direct relationship with a barrister can save on duplication of work, time and expense.

Formed in 2017, Pro Employment Law is a modern set of barristers’ chambers, consisting only of experienced Employment Law barristers, offering specialist case management and advocacy services directly to the public through the Public Access Scheme.
