Formed in 2017, Pro Employment Law is a modern set of barristers’ chambers, consisting only of experienced Employment Law barristers, offering specialist case management and advocacy services directly to the public through the Public Access Scheme.
We supply our legal services exclusively in relation to Employment Tribunal cases presented in any of the four London based Employment Tribunals (Watford, Central London, East London, and London South). We know these Employment Tribunal centres well and we appear in them on a very regular basis.
We are authorised and regulated by the Bar Standards Board (BSB) which regulates barristers and specialised legal services businesses in England & Wales in the public interest. The majority of our clients engage with us directly through Public Access. In accordance with the standards set by the BSB, we are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality legal services. We are also committed to providing our legal services cost-effectively, and we aim to be transparent in relation to our fees. We believe strongly that legal fees should not present a barrier to accessing professional legal services.
We work mostly with claimants involved in Employment Tribunal cases. We work with claimants that have presented all types of claims in the Employment Tribunal, ranging from simple wages claims to unfair dismissal and complex discrimination claims.
We have experience of advising clients within many different commercial sectors including Aviation, Construction, Energy and Utilities, Information Technology, Leisure, Engineering and Manufacturing, Media, Pharmaceuticals, Professional Sports, Retail, and Transport and Logistics. We also advise clients operating in regulated sectors such as Financial Services, Healthcare, and Insurance. We also advise clients from the Public and Third Sectors.
